I have the full version of Cobo and one of the Calgary shows on tape. I can dig them out when I get home in a couple of weeks and if there are any takers on converting them to digital, hopefully they can send me a PM and we can get this party started.

That is the plan...

Once we exhaust the supply of 1996 shows, we'll pick another year and attack it.

I think we should move forward from 1996 and then go back and get all of the pre-1996 shows at the end of the challenge.

I don't know, I think the newer shows (post 96) will be more difficult, especially with this years shows still popping up. Pre-96 shows are pretty well established. What's out there is out there, if we haven't seen it yet, we probably won't. And there is probably a lot more post 96 shows then, pre 96 shows available. That's just my take.

I am trying to do my part - I released two in the past couple of days.
But as I go through my 1996 CD's - I have about 13 that have not been posted to the tracker.
But the reason why they may not have been posted yet is because of the inferior recording quality/equipment from back then. But I will still put some more up.
I am not even talking about the shows I have on cassette tape which is only about a half dozen from 1996 - I would rather post my easily flacable CD's.

too bad the quality is so inferior on many of these shows...but some of 'em are alright, and I'm glad to hear whatever gets posted...
EDIT***The Carrboro show sound's friggin' fantastic....one of the best from that tour that i've heard so far!!!! amazing version of ATHM with poets/cowboy coffee/purple paint jam in the middle, and a sweet version of pigeon camera.....
