Butts Wigglin'?
#1

Sorry if this has been asked before, but why is Butts Wigglin' called Butts Wigglin'? The only thing I can think of is it's got something to do with the tempo of the song being good for "booty shakin'", perhaps?

I had a look in the Hip Museum (Man, I LOVE that site - Thanks, Stephen! :thumbSmile but I didn't find anything.

I think it's an inside joke about someone in the band (probably Gord D), but I'll be damned if I can remember what it was.

If you listen to old live recordings around 1994 and 1995 when they were working out Henhouse songs , you would often hear Downie say "Mr. Butts Wigglin on the guitar".
I assume it was an inside joke refering to Paul.
