Just had to write a speech on very short notice for Alan Tonks on sports tax credits. (It's even more boring than you think). It's a stinker, but he'll say "the lonely end of the rink" about 2/3rds of the way through. Starts at 1:30pm ET on CPAC. He may also wing it entirely and not say anything, but there's only one way to find out. Suffer with me.
