Ticketbastard just called me!!!!!!
#1

I shit youse not! A very lovely sounding Tina called me at home "on behalf of the promoter" (she actually said that) asking if I wanted my 2 single tickets closer together. I originally had about 6 sets together but didn't get them due to the well-known snafu Monday morning; so I resorted to, luckily, buying 2 singles. 1 in FLR1, row B. The other in FBALC2, row FF. She offered to change the latter to FLR1, row B. Hmmm, let me think about that for 0.0001 seconds. Duh. So I says, I says, "I'll take it!!!!" She may kill me for writing this here, but you can reach her @ 1-866-523-7555 ext 2. Her name is Tina - she's working until 900pm Central time. Unreal!

Good luck,

Ikky

I also just got an email from her confirming the seat change. I'm floored. I just might have to stop calling them Ticketbastard.

 I don't know about that, nice to see they're trying to help the people who were actually able to get tickets, what about all those people who had them and weren't able to process their order, I doub't they'll get any phone calls. That's awesome for you though :thumb:

Working on it? Oh Mav don't tease us!

I wonder if there were to be a 2nd make-up show or something if us guys that managed to get tickets for Friday would be allowed to go to both? :thumb:

I think he means working on helping out the people who got screwed over and took the time to call up TM and complain. Either way, you're too good to us MAv.

not return phone call made to me...after waiting on hold for an hour and finally talking with dave in winnipeg(ticketbastard "customer service")

i got shut out

it hurts...especially, like someone else said...when ya spend a thousand to see this tour and then another show(fan club only!) comes along for $25 and you get nothing...it kinda hurts...not blaming the band at all, though...as the empire theatre show was amazing!!

Hopefully they"ll get to the people that bothered to call earlier on in the week and got on the list.

"we've only got three hundred feet to go ..."

I called, but was completely shot down by customer service. They didn't even take my name and number. Just basically said too bad, there is nothing they could do.

this was after 15 minutes of trying to convince a woman in Ottawa that there actually even was a show in Toronto on Friday night.......... :rambo: :rambo: :rambo:

I had tickets twice, but never called to complain. I'm a teacher and really didn't have the time. By the end of the day, my disappointment subsided. That's great for the people who called and got tickets!

Any idea about people who filled out the online survey (which I did) after finally getting through. I told them I was unhappy with the service. Then I emailed them and told them the same thing. I got a response email (which I assume is just automatically generated), informing me that someone would contact me. I still ended up with tickets, but up in the balcony, after having to pass on row B, and J and U..
