My wife and I each tried to buy Music Hall tickets from work today. We each had a pair, and then when we processed, it said they were unsure if the order went through!!! The worst thing is, we are at work and can't check our home emails. Did this happen to anyone else??? Please tell me you got your tickets if it did!

Check the order history on ticketbastard's site - it will show if you got tix.
But everyone here this morning got the same message as you for awhile.

This has happened to me as well..... had tickets twice and order does not seem to go through... I have checked my e-mail (no confirmation there) and have checked ticketmasters 'order history (nothing there) - now too boot ticketmasters site says that I have 'exceeded my ticket limit' - so I don't have any tickets (no conformation) and I can't buy any 'cause I have exceeded the 2 ticket limit..... have been on hold with ticketmaster customer service for 37 minutes and counting to resolves this issue..... does anyone else have an idea? about to lose it here???

I'm in nearly the same boat as you, except I can search for tickets. I've also been aon hold now for nearly an hour. They probably just don't want to answer the phones because they know the complaints are coming.

any updates from those still 'on-hold' with ticketmaster???? I was processing some floor seat tickets and then the wheels came off the rails....!!..... how does ticketmaster run an operation by never answering their phones?????!!!!???

I finally got through, they took my contact info and said management would call me sometime today, so stay on hold and be persistent, maybe we'll get something. *crosses fingers*

I had a job interview today.. at what time? 10am.
And I dont think I got the job... Hopefully there are more of these shows.

P.S how does it know your a registerd user? Does it mean registerd on thehip.com or hipbase.com?

This happened to me too. I had floors, it didnt recognize my Ticketmaster user account, so i submitted my info again and it said "We already have your info" but didnt let me proceed with checkout.

I've been on hold for Customer Service since 11:02am.

This is a nightmare!!
