Same here as far as CD's go. Still have it. It is scratched beyond belief but somehow still plays.

My first tape that I bought myself was DJ Jazzy Jeff and The Fresh Prince...the one with "Parents Just Don't Understand" on it. Haha. Will Smith has come a long way since then and so have my musical tastes.

I have no idea where that tape is now. I was into the Hip-Hop thing in middle school and grew out of it. I still listen to some, but most of the new stuff drives me nuts. I am a fan of K'Naan after hearing him at Live 8 Toronto. The way hip hop should be!

I think I still have a few Milli Vinilli tapes around somewhere, and a little Snow - Informer! Haha.

The Kids Don't Get It, right....

1st cassette I ever bought were blanks for recording songs off the radio. hehehehe I was the origional pirate.
1st record was The Police Regatta De Blanc
1st CD I think it was either Metallica Black Album or Road Apples I forget now.
1st DVD ??? Cant recall at all
1st Digital Download ( paid for ) Pearl Jam Live in Kitchener
1st Stolen Digital Download ( off napster ) Manfred Mann Blinded by the light, I remember I was so excited I heard the song on the radio that day and remembered I didnt have it so went home and got napster and downloaded it, I was so excited, that was back around 1994 or so. I had dial up and after 5 hours I finally had that song and was so happy.

First album LP: Neil Young- After The Goldrush ( Garage Sale )
First Tape: Led Zeppelin: Zeppelin 2 ( Gold Circle in states )
First CD's: David Wilcox: Breakfast at the Circus, and Peter Gabriels -So ( Remember having my mom drive me to Zellers or somewhere from the states to get David Wilcox CD. and ended up buying Peter Gabriel too.
