Beer tent: Yes.
Approximately 6,000 according to MAv.
No subway nearby, but there is a street car stop at the front gates.

and for beanmedic, theres enough room for a show there, no worries of being stuck behind the fort and not being able to see.

One can walk from the wheat Sheaf (Bathurst street car down to King) drink, walk, hip.

My cousin won tickets and apparently we have to go through the VIP entrance.

Anybody know about this VIP thing? Is there a separate section? I gave my buddy my regular ticket, but I want to be able to enjoy the show with him.

Have fun, be good to each other and if you see a guy in an ancient gargoyle shirt and straw hat, feel free to buy him a beer.

I love Fort York for concerts. I saw one here a few years back. The sound is great and its so cool seeing the CN Tower popping up from behind the barracks. Its a very enclosed and intimate setting. I should have gotten tickets for tonight too and not just saturday.

yeah i saw big sugar at the beer festival, and it was a cool setup for that. i imagine however, that this setup will be a little different.

I've seen Blue Rodeo at Fort York and can confirm that the setting is ideal for an outdoor concert... much better than up at Molson Park.
