Strange that he says it's still untitled, Hugh himself said that it was titled "Final Analysis" two months ago. In fact, he said it in the same press release they guy quoted, so I'm not sure how he missed that.

We put up a rough mixed track on myspace...a new song called "Friends Of Mine"...just a taste, for those who are interested
*note* this is an unmixed and unmastered version....we just wanted to put something new up.

The new track is fantastic! I've had the first HDRC album playing almost non-stop in my car for the last week, and in the last six months it's probably been my most played CD.
Something just clicked for me here while reading the thread again... Littleproud, you're the HDRC drummer, aren't you?

Jes...not to mention, a Hip fan, too.
We will be puttin up different tracks on myspace in the coming weeks.
It's a much more diverse outing this time...every song has it's own solar system. I can't wait for you to hear "Sail Away".
Paul (Langlois) did a great job this time around. I mean, last time was great too...you know what I mean...

The HDRC just put "Sail Away" up on their MySpace page, and I have to say I'm really looking forward to this album.
The hidden bonus was a nice touch too!

Any news on the album?? Their web site hasn't been updated since May, and there's no mention of the new record.

That makes sense, you can't really tour to support an album if your singer can't come along.

So, any news on whether or not this album is gonna see the light of day? I just visited their website and I swear I saw a few tumbleweeds blow by. If my memory is correct, they finished recording the thing way back in January of '07.

I haven't heard anything about Durham County in a long time, and the second season that they were supposedly shooting last year has yet to air....
