Here's an interesting way to promote the event: eBay Auction

My girlfriend and I are planning on attending... we are still working out the tickets situation, but we should be good to go.

Arden Park Hotel or Festival Inn (I got married there) are good. Pricey, but everything in Stratford is pretty much. Especially if its Festival Season.

Those are the only ones I know of off the top of my head.

With the festival on, your gonna have a hardtime getting a rooom there... Woodstock isnt too far away, KW isnt too far either...

You could always camp at Wildwood too its a conservation area outside of Stratford... we camped there last year for the weekend and had a really good time... drank alot of beer, listened to music and chilled out...

BTW.. i just checked both those links, and your gonna be paying $150+ / night for a room... OUCH...

There is a little motel right donw the road form thwre the concert is gonna be.. i cant rember the name though.. its Shaw Inn, or Swan Motel or something, looks kinda shady, but might be a good place to party in.

KW has all the hotels, and Woodstock has Super 8 and Quality Inn.. and is about a 30 minute drive to the concert.

i had called the swan motel ( 271-6376)a few weeks ago - before official announcement and they only had 4-5 rooms available because of the festival season...its not the taj mahal but its the closest place to the concert site. There are some places downtown ...fosters inn ( craig 271-1119), the queens inn (jay 271-1400), Bentleys (271-1121), the parlour (271-2722)

Chris, just make sure you take your lady to York Street Kitchen for lunch...best sandwiches around. Im so excited for this show, the wait is going to be painful, this saturday should help ease the pain though.
