Belleville Show - June 21st?

Well I think I read this place holds around 700 and the Hummingbird is about 3200 so yeah, I'd say it's smaller

Anyone have any idea how parking will be for this event? I know on their website it says that there is parking on the street and in a lot across the road. Just wondering for anyone who's been there if this will be big enough? Are there lots of other parking lots around if the main one fills up? (I've never been to Belleville).

tons of parking, no need to worry at all. Right besid the Empire is a large parking lot. Just on the other side of the street is a ton of parking which goes in behind the strret which is a huge huge parking lot right along the Moira river. All free after 6:00pm too

Don't worry about parking, worst case will probably be a 2 minute walk to the theatre.

I love how the show is less than two weeks away. Usually the worst part about getting tickets to a Hip show is the two month wait. This show is great: show announced, tickets on sale, show in 12 days!

This should turn out to be quite the evening. It's not often that one gets to see his two favourite bands multiple times in the same week.

I'll be heading east on the ol' 401 from T.O., so if anyone sees me give me a honk or two.

Does anyone know if the Hip have played in Belleville before, back during their early early days?

So... who needs tickets that didn't get 'em? It looks like Trevor and I each got a pair, but only the two of us are going, so we have a spare pair in Row K.

The Hip played at the Yacht Club in Belleville back in the mid 80's (86 I think). I don't remember if that was back in the days when Manning was still with the band. Needless to say, it will likely be their last show in Belleville. Rob Baker did tell me that they plan to play Picton someday, but, I'm guessing that will be when they reach the seniors tour.
