Tomorrow baby!!! Anybody who's a fan of the show, will know it's about time this was available....season 1 came out about five years ago!! And april 24 we'll FINALLY get WKRP!!!!!

Are you serious? I heard from someone who works in television that because of licensing problems, it would likely never be released, but HELL YES! I gotta start saving up...

sadly i think some of the songs will be replaced..but there's no music needed for the thanksgiving episode..

Loved WKRP growing up. About a year ago, my friend and I bought the complete series on dvd from eBay...basically somebody compiled tv rips of the entire show, and sold it (totally illegal, but we got our copy). Contains all the original music from the broadcasts.
Needless to say, I'll probably still buy the official version when it comes out. The show was too good (and surprisingly only lasted 4 seasons).

it appears that the majority of the music in WKRP has been replaced. Really unfortunate, as the music added so much to the show. But then again, if they didn't do that the show probably never would appear on DVD.

I read that article as well, and i"m hoping it's not all that bad..when the company said they were putting it out (fox) it was indicated only SOME would be replaced..a big company would never lie, would they? :wink:

would still buy the official too, I loved that show!
