The Buffalo Sabres have finally parted ways with netminder Martin Biron, trading him to the Philadelphia Flyers for an undisclosed draft pick and acquired netminder Ty Conklin from the Columbus Blue Jackets.

wierd how teams are getting players they gave up a few years ago, like Perrault now with the Leafs and Sopel in Vancouver.

The Sharks are in a similar position as Atlanta. Hot early, cooling down now. I don't see either doing much.
Zubrus to Buffalo for Novotny, that's one less injury, another 20 goal scorer with size and speed :thumb:

With Florida essentially giving up on Bertuzzi, he's been part of two of the most lop-sided trades in NHL history and both times the 'nucks have benefited. They should retire his jersey.
