I missed the very last line, did he say he wanted it or didn't want it, the treatment that he hullicinated getting.

I think he said he did want it. And typical of Fox for leaving you hanging, the finale of Prison Break was horrible.

But wait, he heard about the experiment in his hallucination. Therefore, this treatment probably isn't real? This just means he wants his leg to better and his willing to sacrifice his intelligence for it.

I was kinda pissed to, but then I just decided to see it as a "Character developement episode". I'm still kinda mad, but oh well.
