I also agree with those who suggested live renditions of Last of the Unplucked Gems (Bonner) and Poets (Ballgame).

Courage is excellent when played live at concerts which I don't attend. The studio version (both the original and remastered) are superb when played on a stereo to which no speakers are connected.
The other versions more or less suck.
Most Hip songs are best live (and some only come to life live), the exception being the quieter tunes. Notice how many people cite the same songs (Wheat Kings) or at least quieter songs as best in the studio. I concur: Wheat Kings, ABAC (especially with that drum machine nonsense in the current live version), etc.
But Bobcaygeon is best live, for the lift in the crowd when they hit the bridge. Gives me chills. That night in Torontooooooooooo.....
And then there's the ones Gord can't sing easily: Thompson Girl. (Studio)
