I'm currently torn between IVL and IBE for this round. Personally I look at these albums as equals. IBE has the better production for sure, but IVL arguably has better songs. Overall they're both strong in their own ways.

It is painful for me to say, but I'm leaning toward UTH this round. I love the album and there are some great songs but there are some that just don't stack up against the song writing to come later.

Look, we can talk historical revisionism and recency bias all we want but there is no way that up to here is worse than in between evolution. Come on now.

Here are my thoughts based on how the songs got ranked in the individual album polls:
NOIS > Josephine
Blow > Vaccination Scar
38 < NOIB
Opiated > Are We Family
Boots < Gus
Believe < Nashville
Weight < Makeshift
Didn't Know < Everywhere
Trickle Down < Mean Streak
Everytime < Cophenhagen
Midnight < Heart
Obviously completely subjective but for me, even including Summertime and Heaven, overall IBE is stronger than UTH. I love UTH and it was the first Hip album I bought and have listened to the most; but I think IBE is better front to back than UTH.

There was no way I was voting for UTH. I love IBE but if I had to live the rest of my life without either it or UTH, I can make that decision in a nanosecond. It's the deep cuts on UTH that I really love. Weight, Everytime, Opiated, She Didn't Know... I think at least the first two are underrated.
