UFC 65

I didn't think GSP would dominate like that. He is a deserving champ. Hughes had no idea what to do and St Pieere just kept pushing the action. Wicked fight!

Does GSP have to fight the winner of the reality show next? When is Bisping fighting next. He looked real good.

I think Matt Serra gets to fight GSP next, because he won TUF: "the comeback"

You are correct sir. Just read it on the UFC site.

I'm pretty sure Bisping fights in December on Utlimate Fight Night 7. I could be wrong though.

Hughes met a guy who is very strong and he couldn't just outmuscle St Pierre. Rush stopped the few takedown attempts Hughes had and dominated the standup. The low blows were questionable but the good thing is that they didn't have a factor in the outcome. That was a very dominating performance by St Pierre. I'm pretty sure St Pierre fights Serra next. Serra has virtually no chance, just as Lutter has virtually no chance at beating Silva at 185.

just found this:
Quote:UFC president Dana White said St. Pierre's first title defence will be February in Las Vegas against Matt Serra, the winner of the most recent Ultimae Fighter reality TV show.

A subsequent re-match with Hughes could taker place in Montreal next year, White said.

Well, from what I've heard, the Bell Centre is now scheduled for April 7, 2007

GSP/Hughes 2 will main event, provided GSP beats Serra

Cheapest flights I can find are 800 skins from Stoon to Montreal. Seems pretty steep. Whatever. I am going to this fight!

I was looking at prices for the liddell/ortiz fight and man are they expensive

$100-$1000 US (most tickets closer to 1000 than 100)

that is crazy

Liddell is good but he'd only be the third or fourth best LHW if he fought in Pride.
