Took my wife to her first Hip show in 2009, and she fell in love with the band and Gord's stage presence. I managed to get a pair of tickets for her and I to go to her second Hip show on August 14 in Toronto. But I'd love to be closer to the stage than my section 324 seats, if possible. More than happy to pay any price difference, of course.

Not a ticket request but I missed the boat on the tour poster in Winnipeg figuring I'd order it online. Went to do so yesterday and it's sold out. Just curious, did anyone who attended the TO show last night head down the the ACC without a ticket? Did any tickets come available at the box office due to lottery winners not picking up? Did scalper prices start dropping to realistic prices?
We have no tickets for Sunday, but contemplating taking the 2 1/2 hour drive into Toronto with the hopes of getting a couple somehow. Just wondering if anybody had much luck doing the same last night?

I was wondering the same thing about the lottery tickets, was anything available after 6:30? or it seems like some extras are available only at the box office on show day around noonish?
I need two for Friday. my buddy is already downtown so thinking of taking the train in and hoping for the best.
Stubhub didn't seem like there was anything close to face value near show time...

Would also like to know the scalper situation outside the venue...
I'm about to bite the bullet and pay out my ass on stubhub for the peace of mind of having tickets, but if i could save a hundred or 2, that'd be cool too lol
