An interview somewhere said they use Grace Too so much because it's a good song to get the audio mix worked out especially when they didn't do a full soundcheck.

Man -> Grace, Too or IAWPBTHM -> Grace, Too. The Hip tend to open with songs from the album they're promoting; I see no reason they change this now!
