Did you check out Craigslist? It appears there are some pairs available there.

I've been checking the Buffalo and Syracuse Craigslist obsessively for a semi decent single ticket to Friday or Saturday's shows.

Try the other craigslists too Rochester Erie and Watertown. You never know who is driving there and listing tickets locally
