I'm guessing this was from the Milwaukee show when The Hip opened for the BoDeans. I heard when The Hip were on, that wanker Sammy (singer BoDeans) sat in the front row reading a newspaper held up so he couldn't see / pay attention to the band. Probably like, "I'm too cool for this lot." What an arse.

I hope that Bodeans/Hip story is not true about Sammy reading...etc. I like both bands and have seen both many times. Maybe Sammy was reading a recent review of a Hip show or something. Or maybe playboy, or mabye it was the innersleve for Road Apples? ...think positive! :thumb:
