It's pretty rare that the Hip get mentioned at all south of the border, unless it's to make petty, mean spirited, misinformed jabs at their expense. So I was somewhat shocked to see such a heartfelt piece about them. Judging by many of the comments below the article though, a lot of folks really seem to dislike any Hip album after the Phantom Power/Music@Work period. What a shame.
