Which Hotel? The Cecil is the worst in town, as far as I know.

ohhh i know i work in motel village at the savoury lodge....
apparently the ramada is getting worse than we are....and i want to actually go to the cecil, i hear the rooms have no doors and you dont get your own bathroom??? yeck....

Another obvious one would be Gus, its definitly lower live than on the album

I think the Hip transpose down on a number of songs for live shows. I've noticed that even Scar is done that way.
