Just remember this at Christmas when gift shopping.....

Seriously, it just annoys me when someone does something THAT blatantly illegal. I'm sure most of us have burned CDs off of friend's or whatnot, but never in a million years would I try to SELL it to someone.

Bootlegs are a little greyer, since the original copyright could be fuzzy, but it does annoy me when people burn copies of their bootlegs and sell them too............

I don't think that the legality of selling bootlegs is questionable at all; I think it's illegal. Nothing grey about it for me. The profits that the seller are generating are as a result of the content, not the materials. Since they aren't paying royalities to the creator, it's illegal.
