Wow, never seen such bad luck on eBay. I still dont get why you don't take it back to the store you bought it from, its unopened and if you have the reciept it should be no problem, unless your trying to cash in on the frenzy right now. :wink:

i had that same problem with the nigerians as well. They didnt want to pay via paypal just money order. So next thing i know the ups guy is at my buddies door asking for the item. Lucky for us we hadnt packaged it yet. We called UPS to find out where the package was going as they said New Jersey. ( So they use fake address after fake address so their not traced)
This scam is ruining Ebay. If you put up anything in the $400+ range they contact you though hotmail or ebay and then try to scam you by showing you "email proof" that the money is on its way.
And a little side note.. Gary from the howard stern show just got taken for over $2200 from this scam.

Rory, you might want to try posting it on the hfx.forsale newsgroup. It's bound to sell since Halifax doesn't have any xbox 360's left and some parents are going deaf in one ear from their kid(s) yelling, "I WANNA XBOX360!!"
