If your dead set on trying to get some tickets today, Id say call the JLC and talk to someone with authority. Explain what happened and try to get some tickets out of him, give him a sob story or something. Or at the least try and get a definitive answer on whether tickets will actually be release today...i still say its BS, whoever told you that just wanted you off the phone.

So I haven't read all of this thread, but I can imagine what it is about etc.

So, at exactly 10:00 - if you can believe this - a hardware component on the dedicated ticket server - yes, there is a server just for this purpose - had a critcal failure - right when the page was being rewritten. A one in a million bad beat. Grrr. . . .

A new server was brought online, setup, configured and mapped to the right location in those agonizing 20 minutes. WTF, add this to my list of bad mornings
