Anybody else going to the White Stripes show at the Molson Amp. on Friday the 16th?? I just got an email from HOB yesterday they had tickets in the first section available and cheaper than TM, so I bought a pair. Should be a cool show, I cant wait!!!!
Ill be at Armadillo's on Front St. if anyone wants a beer! My wife's cousin works there and I get everything cheaper.

Firstly Im leaving London sometime in the next half an hour, work was nuts today, it totally blew my schedule apart. Hopefully I will make it to Armadillo's, U2 is also playing tonight and it might be packed, and right now I have no back up plan. But if I make it in there, Ill be wearing green army type pants a blue hat with a red atlanta braves type "A" on the front (i dont like atlanta, its an american eagle hat) and Ill be with a very cute short haired brunette with dark-rim glasses. Hope to see you there boys! And as for the concert Im in sec.203 row 2. Anybody know if its ok to take pictures with a disposable cam??

all right, I will be wearing a black and green Saskatchewan Roughriders hat, which should be too hard to spot out in Southern Ontario and my "All Canadian Surf Club" Hip shirt, which happens to be grey

I just called the Amp. No disposable cameras, stripes supposed to hit the stage at or around 9. I think I might try to sneak one in anyways. But if someone here gets some decent shots by chance, let me know!

Just got back about 20mins. ago...and wow
hock: Those two are amazing live, Jack White is one of the best guitar players in the world right now, that guy is hard-core. I have never seen a band like this before, for just two people they make a hell of a lot of noise. And that Meg can sure pound the skins, anybody else get turned on watching her play? One of the best shows Ive ever seen hands down.
Hey chancellor I must of missed you guys, I got to the bar around 6:45 and I was there until about 8. I was sitting at the bar on the upstairs floor, were you guys in the Loose Moose downstairs? I went down and looked around but I couldn't find you.
I really wish the Stripes would tape their shows like PJ, they sound much better live, and I'd kill for a boot of this show. Man what a week first Pearl Jam and now this, I need a rest, my head hurts..lol. :music

Prepare to be rocked my friend, they are amazing, they are quickly becoming one of my all time favorite bands. I love their originality, and Jack's guitar playing is some of the best I've ever heard. Yeah thats a bold statement, but if you see this guy play live you'll have to agree. Have fun Hugh!

I was real impressed with how well the new stuff sounded and it was recieved with great enthusiasm. I love when Jack picks up his other guitar for songs like Ball and Biscuit, Death Letter and Little Bird. I will drive to Vancouver every time they come through.
My girlfriends first 2 concerts were the White Stripes followed by Pearl Jam 3 weeks later. Our next show will be the Arcade Fire in S'toon. Nice way to drop the concert V-card I'd say.
