I love how he doesn't conform to what or how a golfer is "supposed" to dress like on a course........sometimes a think he's got that Morrison vibe going on, just something reminds me of Jim when i look at that pic above, maybe that fuck you attitude,, I'm gonna do and dress and think what i want, whatever....and no offense to Sinclair at all, to each their own i guess is the moral of the story......very early still, need more caffeine

You might not know, but I run a golf course and this is a great picture for many reasons. Gord's attire is deff not in the dress code while Sinclair looks like every hacker that comes through our door. I think I will post this at the desk as a reminder to the staff.... On the left BAD...on the right GOOD. At least gord has a shirt with a collar. Also, it is virtually impossible to play golf in flip flops...
When the boys played Sugarbush here in VT they had a tee time on our course (16 players) they asked me to keep it hush hush. I brought in all my cd's hoping they'd sign them. Well, they never showed up. That night I went to the concert and because of the bus fiasco, I never got in. It was a very depressing day...took solice in a gallon of home brew if I recall...

Wow, 30% that's crazy. I play hockey lefty, but cannot make contact with a golf ball lefty...and I'm a 3 handicap.
Does gord even play golf? I know Sinclair and Paul are addicted to the game.

Judging by that picture I'd have to say that Gord wasn't playing, unless he was planning on changing into proper golf attire, it wouldn't be comfortable playing in what he is wearing.

I'm thinking Downie drove Sinclair's cart all day. Drunk off of Heineken, he wrote down 3 new songs for the Hip's forthcoming CD, appropriately titled, "A day at the course" ....Woooooo
