I am really proud to let everybody know that the "Unreleased Songs Information Page" will now be hosted and maintained as part of A Museum After Dark. As everybody here already knows, this was the site the boys visited backstage in Montreal in order to look up the lyrics to their own "Montreal" before pulling it out in December of 2000.

It's a fantastic list of everything from very early and extremely rare Hip songs and covers right up until the "It's Love" and "Mic Stand" stuff from 2004.

The old site will stay up until mid-June before being shut down, and the new and updated site can be found here:

Thanks!

Wow! I must say this is the first time I've taken a look at your site Stephen and it's fantastic! Adding this component makes your site THE place to go for Hip info. Well done!

Very cool, congrats!

[Stephen Dame]

Thanks guys. And Wendy, that's one happenin' avatar you've got there! Who's the babe with the boys?

Also, the italic problem that some e-mailed about is now fixed. The codes on the Unreleased Info Site all work again.

Thanks.

Thanks to Chris's DVD, I just put "Here Come The Tits" up on the site... dammit, that day at Wasaga was perfect.

Here Come The Tits: An entirely improvised song which Gord began to sing during the accelerated jam the boys played during “At The Hundredth Meridian” in Wasaga Beach, Ontario on July 11, 2004. Inspired when a woman, perched on some guys shoulders, removed her bikini top and drew attention (including Gord’s) away from the stage. Gord surveyed the beach, the water slides and the breasts, and came up with this funny and surprisingly structured song right off the top of his head. Wasaga was one of those incredible shows where every element of the Hip's appeal came together in one spot. If you don't have the DVD from Chris yet, get it.

She's taking over
Here come the tits
She's taking over
Here come the tits

This 'aint no Marti-Gras
This 'aint no mama's place
We're on the beach
Here come the tits

Here come the slides
Here come the fits
Here come the times we thought would never end like this

Here comes the cans
Here comes the hits
Here comes the night that never ends
Here comes the tits

It's not a cliché
In no uncertain terms, no fucking way
It's not a cliché

They should put that as a hidden track on the greatest hits disc.
