New Molson Canadian commercial...
#1

Normally I don't listen to techno, but the song in the new Canadian commercials (the ones with the girls saying "Hi, my name is....", then "I'm having trouble with my boyfriend") has really been stuck in my head these past few days. I've heard at hockey games, and in some movie, but I don't know the name of it, or who it's by. Does anyone?

Anyone notice that they took out the "Mrs. Cooper" part?

I'm not big into techno either, but that is such an amazing album. "You've come a long way baby"...

imagine, an entire song comprised of nothing but "Fatboy Slim is fucking in heaven, fucking in heaven, fucking in heaven" over and over again...

'The Rockafella Skank' and 'Praise You' too... what ever happened to Norman Cook?

Is it because they're now showing the 30-second spot instead of the 60-second one? Lots of ad campaigns seem to follow that pattern. That's my guess, anyway...

Too bad... "Mrs. Cooper" is pretty hot!

I thought that maybe some teachers group complained or something like that. There was a car commercial on a couple of years ago where some dude was walking with his girlfriend and an attractive woman passed them and it looked like he was checking her out, but he was actually checking out whatever car was being advertised - so his girlfriend slapped him. So someone complained about the slap, so they changed it so that she was chewing him out instead.

He's got a new album called "Palookaville" featuring the first single, "The Joker" which is a remake/cover of the Steve Miller classic... His version features Bootsy Collins.

It's really not all that different from any Coors Light commercial you would see. You are the character (i.e. everyone is talking to/ looking at the camera), and because you drink Molson Canadian a lot of very attractive young women want to have sex with you.

I think that you meant to say, "It's really not all that different from Stephen Dame's life." Or at least the life he leads us to believe he isn't living.

Man, if only life was really like commercials. Are you fat? Just eat some Subway subs. You'll lose weight in no time. Can't get laid? Drink some weak beer and women will flock to you like you are Brad Pitt in a sorority house. Is your life missing excitement? Buy a Mazda! Zoom zoom! Want to get promoted? Use FedEx.

I love that ad. The 60 second one is really good. It is the only beer commercial in a long time that actually makes me horny.

The girl at the end that is "mad at her boyfriend".............ahhhh..........I just wanna........................
