kicked ass, one of the better ones in recent memory, probably since 18 @ Skydome with Rock vs. Hogan and HHH vs. Jericho.

Eddie Guerrero vs. Rey Mysterio Jr.:
Rey beat Eddie, didn't see the match, it was first on the bill.
6 Man "Money In The Bank" Ladder Match:
great match, tons of action, some incredible moves involving ladders by Sheldon Benjamin. Benoit looked poised to grab the brief case suspended above the ring, but out of nowhere Edge came in and cranked Benoit off the ladder with a chair, and then climbed up and won it. i figured Edge would win, and I'm glad he did.
Undertaker vs. Randy Orton:
Orton put up a hell of a fight, and almost had the Taker beat a few times, including when Taker got leveled by Randy's dad Bob Orton's cast, but the dead man battled back, and when Orton tried to tombstone him, he countered, and nailed Orton with a tombstone...1, 2, 3.
Trish vs. Christy:
Trish kicked her ass, bad, haha, wasn't much of a match.
in between matches, Eugene came out, and was confronted by Muhammad Hassan, Hassan pummeled him, but then to everyone's surprise/delight the one, the only....
HULK HOGAN CAME OUT AND STOMPED HIM! Classic Wrestlemania moment!
Shawn Michaels vs. Kurt Angle:
this was IMO the hihglight of the match, some great technical wrestling at first, then it broke out into a brawl, tons of highflying manoveurs by both men, people getting put through tables, crashing into steps and posts, it had it all. Angle hit the Angle slam twice, once from the top rope, but HBK kicked out both times! HBK hit Sweet Chin Muci, but Angle kicked out! finally, Angle locked in the ankle lock for the third time in the match, and held on for dear life, and MICHAELS TAPPED OUT! having hated Michales ever since he screwed bret, and knowing that Bret's favourite wrestler (in today's WWE) is Angle, i was really glad to see Angle make him tap, Angle's the man!
Big Show vs. Aki Bono SUMO MATCH(sp?)
this was really cool, and i''m pretty sure it was a real Sumo match too, anyway, pretty even at first with neither man giving much up, but eventually Big Show's inexperience cost him, and Aki just launched his 7-foot ass straight out of the ropeless ring, definately another classic Wrestlemania moment.
Piper's Pit WITH STONE COLD!
Piper and Stone Cold were at each others throats right away, with Piper slapping Austin, and then Austin returning the favour, they bickered some more, and then Carlito came out to tell them that nobody wanted to see them, and that they weren't "coooool", he started tossing his apple, but then Piper snatched it away, bit into it, and then spit it back in his face. Carlito then started wailing on him, but Stone Cold pulled him off and hammered on him for a bit, then Piper poked Carlito in the eye, sent him back to Stone Cold, and he got stunnered. Austin then celebrated with Piper and they downed a six pack, and just as Piper was finishing his last can, he got stunnered too! haha! good to have Stone Cold back.
CENA vs. JBL:
pretty solid contest, JBL dominated for most of the match, but in the end, Cena dodged the Clothesline from hell, gave him a boot, the F U, and pinned him for the title. i was shocked that JBL didn't have anyone interfere at any point during the match.
HHH vs. Batista
HHH had Motorhead play his theme live for his entrance, and he came up on a platform right in the middle of the band...pretty back and forth at first, neither man really had an advantage, til HH tried to pedigree him onto the steps, and then Batista countered and monkey flipped him into the ring post, after that it was all downhill for HHH, he got stomped. the ref got hurt, and then Flair got involved, and he got stomped too, but HHH grabbed the belt, and wailed Batista with it, and covered him, but Batista kicked out, and fought back. Batist had HHH set up for the Batista Bomb, but HHH gave him a low blow, then he set him up for the pedigree, bBUT HE COULDN'T DO IT! Batista wouldn't go down, and he powered out of it, clotheslined the hell out of HHH, delivered the Batista Bomb AND WON THE TITLE! HHH was a bloody mess as he hobbled back to the dressing room with Flair, Batista celebrated in the ring as fireworks went off.
all in all i thought it was a great Wrestlemania, not a bad match on the card, and they all lived up to their hype. HHH is gonna be some mighty pissed off tomorrow night on raw haha!
