Guys,
I've got a nasty computer virus. Norton and spyware are not doing anything for me here. Any advice?

If you're running WIN XP and have restore points prior to the infection then a System restore may work.
Click start -> control panel -> performance & maintenance -> system restore.
After the system restore, do a complete scan with Norton & your anti-spyware apps.
