A local radio station this morning is blaming the cancellation of the season the the Red Sox. How? Before last year the last time the Sox won the series was in 1918. The next year, 1919, no Cup was awarded due to the flu epidemic. So...........in 2004 the Sox win the series now there's no Cup in 2005. Coincidence?
