Caught a brief 2 min. interview with Gord D, Bobby, and Johnny. They just discussed how playing different sized venues is nothing new to them. They would "play in the ass of an elephant" said Gord.

LOL! I love that quote. I remember Gord saying the same thing when they did an interview in Seattle in '99.

i`ve heard the ass of an elephant quote before but i never even thought of the theatre poster being a reference to that...totally makes sense now though...nice call :thumb:

I got ya now. I must've done it back then. I, too, saw the commercial last night for the Hip on E-talk. I just got confused.

I believe the quote was "ON the ass of an elephant", not "IN." There's a big difference here.
