Without a doubt, Thompson Girl. He sounds great on the album, but he definitely has trouble hittin' those high notes when they do it live.

Ya, Thompson Girl has to be one of them. Back in the day Fully Completely was no problem, but I think it's a little more tricky nowadays.

I think it's quite evident Gords singing has changed (either deliberately or not). Every live song from Fully Completely is now sung with a lot more angst and grit. It's only truly realizable on this tour's bootlegs, but it was slightly noticable on the IVL tour. Gord himself seems to have escaped the lull of the IVL tour where he seemed more passive (at least to me), and let it all out... as for what song he has trouble with, I've noticed that pretty much everytime I've seen him sing "Heaven" hes had a bit of trouble... although the actual album version really shouldn't be classified as 'perfect'...

I agree, but I think some of the high notes in SKU are deliberate. I think its an amazing song and I love the way he sings it. It almost emphasises the whole "Summer is killing us" sentiment. either its very clever, or Gord is getting old, or both, but I love it!

It's just an excuse not to be able to pull it off...

Summer definately sounds the most painful for him...sometimes I think his head is going to explode when singing that song...

I totally agree fingernails....I haven't heard him wail "LEMMEOUT" during Locked in years...i thought it might happen when they broke into it at the Kingston show this summer, but it was hopeful wishing.

Summer is also painful for me! This is my least favourite track off IBE, I really wouldn't be disappointed if this gets dropped from the live show.

I have to agree that Thompson Girl is probably the toughest... it's hard to hit those falsetto notes after a while.
