Forgive me if this has been covered (probably a thousand times knowing my luck) in a different thread - I couldn't find it (even using the *Search* feature) but I was watching the video for Blow at High Dough and was wondering what the movie was in the background? Is it actually a movie or is it just clips from multiple sources? And if it is a movie, was it shot in Kingston?

If someone could shed some light, that would be great!
