So what gets you up? In the locker room, out on the road, in the gym, in the ring, whatever it is you do... which Hip songs makes you a lean, mean, sweat spewing machine?
When I'm running, for some reason I hear (and sometimes sing) "Vapour Trails." I think it's because my brain is too fried during the run to think of anything else besides the literal "man hitting his stride" which seems to easily fit.
Before I run, or do anything that I think will be physically tough, (Like take out the garbage) I like the harder rock'n stuff like Blow, 700ft or Heart... or maybe a little DD Reprise to mix things up.

Cant start a roadtrip without Little Boooooones...
In fact, I do alot biking, and the only stuff I EVER listen to while riding is the hip, be it FC or TATH or PP...anything. Its a ritual I started a long time ago, and its suck for good. Nothing else fits.

I can't help but go a little crazy every time I scream "LET ME OUUUUUUUUT!!!" at the end of Locked, it's just incredible. For a little energy I also like the version of Fully on Live Between Us.

Those 4 in a row get me going, then i'mmediately followed by Nautical Disaster, Membership and Escape, go from an adrenal high to an emotional high. Oh and I agree with Jeff completely, I love that gutteral scream at the end on Locked. It's good to let loose, belt it out, middle of the road, to do something so naturel.
