Just wondering if anyone has completed reading the Dark Tower series by Stephen King and what their thoughts on the ending were -- and why it ended the way it did...

Personally I thought it was excellent. I guess I could say I was a bit disappointed about one specific part near the end... but to quote SK, "the journey is what it's all about." Regardless, I feel priveledged to have experienced Roland and his ka-tet's adventure.

yes i love the DT series, im almost finished the last book, then im gonna be sad because no more dark tower

I'm a big King fan and I ALMOST got the first book out of the library today! I opted for Garrison Keilor! But I think I make up for it with "The Watch That Ends The Night" on reserve!
