I just read the announcement on the front page and WOW am I excited! One of my all time favorite, weepy, wonderful songs. Something I cannot wait to hear (that is, if it becomes available). :jump

Just one of those songs that everyone needs to sing. Right up there with Dan Lanlois' "The Maker" (which Gord has graced a few rants with in days past as well).
Cheers

I will not give up. My face is set,my gait is fast,my goal is heaven,my road is narrow,my way is rough,my companions are few,my guide is reliable,my mission is clear. I cannot be bought,compromised,detoured,lured away,turned back,diluted or delayed. I will not flinch in the face of sacrifice,hesitate in the presence of adversity,negotiate at the table of the enemy,ponder at the pool of popularity,or meander in the maze of mediocrity. I will not give up,shut up or slow down....Blessed Be!

If Gord sings any "Bruce", I will sit down and cry and beg the Lord to change all that is wrong with the world!

It's obvious that he admires Bruce. Forest Edge and Use It Up are evidence enough. Now for some cover songs!

I was semi-jokin about the Born In The USA bit... as ya probably all know
But any song by the Boss would be pretty sweet.
Some others I'd love to hear Gordie belt out;
1. Pour Some Sugar On Me ~ Def Leppard
2. You Know You're Right ~ Nirvana
3. White Rabbit ~ Jefferson Airplane
4. anything Billy Idol! -- I think I'm the only surviving fan 8) ...or is that :oops: ?

Rebel Yell would be awesome! :lol:
The boss was just such redneck thing for me growing up.
Blaaaaaaah.. :nooooo I just got so sick of him and his
over the top testerone crowd. Maybe I need to lighten up.
