There were a couple of news cameras, MAv had a couple, the Waterkeepers had one, and then there were two people in the audience that had 'em as well.

The hipfans contingent had three cameras (markslog, dreyfuss and me) and markslog and dreyfuss' audio.

I thought that screw_ball would've guessed that if dreyfuss and I were there, we'd be taping...

I didn't know if it was allowed because of all the different performers there, but then again these are Hip fans we're talking about. You guys always find a way to record.

Just got home and yes another great night tonight, the stage manager even exchanged Mark and my tickets so that we could be out of the way for everyone else so instead of having both cameras in the centre we've got one camera on either side of the room. I was quite surprised that the set was different, I figured with everyone else that is involved it would be the same all 3 nights, not that I have a problem with that, when else will I get to see Gord with an accoustic in such intimate settings. Looking forward to Kingston

Just in from Port Hope and my heart is still pounding. I got a chance to meet Gord and let me just say I feel like a little schoolgirl trapped inside a 32 year old man's body. I always have shied away from talking to the guys when I’ve had the chance to meet them for fear of coming across as a bumbling idiot, but tonight I broke my rule and went for it. I'm sure I came across as I feared… My mind went blank and I started rambling, but at least I got an autograph to add to my hip collection. Gord is such a cool guy, calm, funny and gracious. He signed autographs, posed for pictures and talked to everyone. He's a real class act.

The Show was good. He mixed the songs up from last night which was a surprise. “Puttin Down” and “Yer not the ocean” were a real treat to hear. Can't wait for the Kingston show Thursday ...I wonder if there will be any surprises. I'm sure there is a good chance of the other guys showing up and I wouldn't be surprised if Sarah Harmer is in the audience. Tonight Andy Maize from the Skydiggers was there.

Just in from the Kingston show. Tonight’s show was downtown at the United Church and the acoustics in that place were incredible. Gord’s voice sounded absolutely amazing. Tonight’s setlist was basically the same as the Whitby show except for "Puttin Down" (one of my favorites!!). All three nights he ended with one of the new Hip songs "Pretend". I really love this song and can't wait to hear the studio version.

The Kingston show was amazing. I know many here will disagree with me but I was pretty disappointed with both of Gord's solo discs (there were a few good songs but overall they were too...hmm... "experimental" for me). However, hearing these songs stripped down to just Gord and an acoustic guitar I began to understand the genius behind them. If only they'd come across so well on his albums.

Although I was not disappointed with Gord's solo discs (generally not my thing, but what I was expecting) the versions he performed on this solo tour were excellent, and gave me a whole new perspective on him and his music.

And let's not forget the issues that were discussed regarding our waterfront.

I know that I'm definitely in the minority, but I think that Coke Machine Glow is better than all of the Hip's albums since then.... and I really like IVL. For me, Trick Rider is the most beautiful song that he's ever written. I don't think that Battle of the Nudes was as strong, but the songs that he played from it last night sounded amazing....... can't get Into the Night out of my head....

Lord Brazle had the same opinion about CMG as you if my memory serves me correctly. Trick Rider is a truly great song for sure. The delicate, soft vocals by Gord are truly amazing IMO.
