Reggie Bush & Family received over $100,000 in benefits
#1

USC is in deep doo-doo. The national sports media dragged OSU through the mud again and again over alleged academic benefits granted to Maurice Clarrett and Troy Smith's accepting a mere $500 from a booster, and those improprieties pale in comparison to these allegations regarding Bush / USC. And the evidence is quite compelling.

Let's see if USC is lambasted on Sportscenter once a week week for a year and a half.

I doubt they will.

I'm glad Clarett got that treatment. That guy is a grade A scumbag piece of garbage. I think EVERY big name player in college is accepting money.

You forgot to mention another team from OHIO whose player was questioned- Lebron.

...BUT....yeah, you're probably right about the Bush story not being publicized like the Clarett one.

Clarrett is a piece of garbage. But this is about NCAA violations, not the legal troubles MC has had since LEAVING OSU. The shitstorm that the NY Times & ESPN brewed up over OHIO STATE was over the alleged arrangement of a good deal on a frickin' USED CAR for MC, and a professor allowing MC to take an ORAL EXAM. All the legal crap in which MC was / is involved has nothing to do with OSU.

Comparatively speaking, in terms of NCAA violations, the benefits received by Reggie Bush are ASTRONOMICAL compared anything that was even alleged to occur at OSU.

OSU needs to watch "My Name is Earl" and learn a little about Karma, they've been getting shit on for quite some time now...culminating with the "Luckeyes" thievery of the National Championship a couple years ago.

EDIT:

Are you sarcastically saying that OSU has some good Karma coming to them or bad Karma? I can't tell.....

The only thing I know is that the Bills will probably draft a player from the Buckeye's secondary in the next year or two. Winfield, Clements, Whitner, Youtoby........who will be next?
