I want to know how one gets a digital camera past the Gestapo at Darien! :x

I had no problem sneaking my wife in, and she will not even fit in my pocket.
Honestly - 30 feet from the gate - she gets out two tix out and gives one to me.
We walk to the gate - and now we only have one ticket.
Oh man, what the hell.
I walk up to the gate with her on my hip, and hand the girl my ticket, she tears the stub off and we both walk in.
Weird.
We were both drinking nicely (is that a word?)
And I figured hey let's see.
Then to get under the big top I had to show tix again, and we both got in no problem.
So - moral of the story is:
If can sneak a full grown woman into the show, I am never worrying about my camera or recording equipment again.

I just outright told them that I had a digital camera, they asked if it had a detachable lens, I said no...that was the end of that. They said to go ahead and I could bring it in.

Being a photographer, I can't even begin to count the number of times I've detached my lenses and hidden gallons and gallons of booze in them.

Seriously, I HATE those no tri's or long lenses policies. If I wanted to sell the shots, I'd have taken the three minutes to acquire a press pass.
