And hey, the number "36" keeps popping up in my life: phone numbers, apt. #'s, sports numbers, lotto numbers and other random appearances... anybody else see their birthday numbers appearing anywhere? (Like I said... I might just be losing it.) Smile

My birthdate is 27-09-81. Its pretty funny cause 2+7= 9, 0+9= 9, 8+1=9. Nine has always been my lucky number and its popped up in my life in numerous occasions, quite the coincidence.

It may be that we're simply more aware of our birthday numbers (We see them and say "Hey... look at that." as opposed to other numbers) Or it may be that we are the chosen few: selected by fate to lead the crest of humanity into the next phase of evolution... I just hope there's chocolate milk when we get there.

But I do know a few folks who have the same deal, and apparently there is a crack pot theory/study of it called numerology or something.

I'm another one of the younger hip fans on the site, I suppose. 20 for now, 21 on Dec. 23 (approx. 6 months from now...that will give everyone plenty of time to do their birthday shopping for me  ). It's amazing, I'm away from my computer for 2 days and there are massive threads that I have yet to finishing reading...including all of this one.

My ex's birthday was Dec 23rd. She used to get joint Birthday/Christmas gifts, do you get that too?

She got so fed up with getting the gift shaft... I wish I was kidding... that she actually started telling people her birthday was October 23. Smile

Pretty close to me. December 22 is the day for me, which makes me a capricorn I believe.

That's funny about her lying about her birthday. I wouldn't go that far and actually enjoy a birthday so close to Christmas. I don't really want too many gifts now, as opposed to the younger years when Christmas morn was so exciting. I suppose if I worried about how many gifts I got in total I would rather not have the bday so close to Christmas but that's not the case.

I used to always get the combo Christmas/Birthday gift...my b-day falls on Dec 28. What I hated the most though was...I was always out of school for my birthday, so I missed the cupcake party. :?

I feel your pain!! It was the worst...that and no one was ever around on my birthday...too busy with holiday plans. One year, I told my mom that I wanted to have my birthday party on my half birthday. She said that if I did that, I would only get 1/2 the presents and half of a cake. I stuck to December 23, because I'm a greedy little bitch.
