Hey all

Has anyone here ever lost a pair of concert tickets? Anyone dealt with ticket master on getting a pair of replacements? I've lost a pair of ducets for Friday's Sam Roberts gig in Cambridge, and now frantically tearing my house apart.

Yep. I went to the Ottawa area HQ and had no problems getting replacements. Just needed the credit card and confirmation number.

I was told however that only the regional HQ and venue box office can issue replacements. So you can't go to the mall outlet or petition the website for another set, you'll have to go to the main branch in your town.

This has actually happened to me twice (A buddy left our NYE Hamilton tickets in Lethbridge) and all the Copps box-office people needed to see was a conf. number and credit card. Ironically, they just tore the tickets as we went in, (No scan or anything) so techincally we could have given the original tickets to somebody else and let them sit on our laps!

But anyway, head down to HQ or the venue with a confirmation number and credit card and you'll be fine.
