Let's just say it's great that they are putting this thing back into action. If you think about it it really isn't that late. I mean they did send emails about the presale password to the Toronto show. I also received random emails here and there in between. I am very confident club members will receive an email soon about the secret shows. I kind of like having shorter notice because it gives others less time to get stuff together and beat ya to the goods. That being advance ticket sales. By others I mean those who aren't keeping up to date with the latest news like we do over here.

It would be nice if you were able to create a user name instead of having to type in that long number each time.

From listening to the Gord Sinclair interview on 102.1 he said there would be a few shows in July as they prepare for a tour. That tour, as he made it seem, was still in the works. That would explain why we haven't heard much in the way of touring.

Have faith my friends. They will not let us down. A full tour is coming, we will soon be informed of news and events more in advance and the website will be back in full swing. Once June 29th hits I am assuming everything will be back in order and we will all be :jump

yeah...ok so they updated the site again. It means nothing to members that have misplaced thir passwords and have been waiting for a response from the customer support team.

I also figured out why im not getting any emails...i used my old hotmail account when i signed up for the club...and havent used it in over a year. Cant remember the password for that either cratch:

That is exactly why I would like to see them implement the user name and password feature. You would be much less likely to forget that!

I'm still seeing the old site. July 2, 2003 the most recent update. Is this some kinda joke? First the hip.com and now hipclub.com... Are you guys in some type of clandestine web designers cabal?

My only hope now if that they are able to implement some type of seniority process for buying tickets. I think those of us who bought IVL on the day of release (which was their lowest selling album since Up To Here) should be rewarded. It only seems fair that those of us who have been THC members the longest should have first crack at tickets over those who will just be joining when IVL is released.

...sorry Pearl Jam has spoiled me :p

Very good point Rye, but I don't know how they would ever do that. It would be nice though. I bought IVL at 11:58pm that Monday night --> Tuesday, shhhh....Don't tell anybody.
