I am so hooped...

I bought IVL the day it was realeased, and, like everybody else, I signed up for the Hip Club immediately. I used the website for a while, but when it stopped offering new content, I stopped going, and ultimately forgot my password.

Fast forward to last November when I switched ISPs, and got a new email address.

This had made it impossible for me to retrieve my forgotten password.

I just forwarded a second request to the admins at the Hip Club, as my first one went completely ignored!

I hope they get back to me before the dates for the cross Canada Tour are announced.. I would hate to miss out on an opportunity at a pre-sale.

I found myself in that very same position before the canada day tix in TO went onsale. The hip club has a pretty useless customer support. They still havent returnd my emails with my password. So dont hold your breath :nooooo

was just woondering if you just buy another copy of ivl?do they still have the cards? you could just re-registerif they do...i am sure the 15 dollars would pay off in decent seats to some show in the future
