Deep down inside Bret wants to come back. And Vince and the WWE are in love with the idea of him coming back and as long as Canadians don't let the WWE forget about Bret it will always be an option (eg. "YOU SCREWED BRET" chants a few weeks ago in Toronto)

Was a MAJOR fan as a kid, then got my first journalism job covering the stuff for TSN's webpage. Fell out of it a few years ago, but I'm told by a buddy who still loves it that they've got a killer angle brewing for Leviathon (I think he has a new name now) vs.Triple H, maybe I'll check it out.
What I learned while on the job: Most of the good guys are jerks in real life, and the bad guys are the ones you'd trust with your kids. Abdullah the Butcher is a big softie.
P.S. Don't know if anybody has seen this "Ultimate Fighter" reality show on Spike... but holy God, that's good television.

I was a big wrestling fan when I was married. I just can't watch it anymore, it's gone downhill since they merged WCW with WWF.
To tell you how much of a fan I am, I've been to a raw, it was in 1997, I've also been to a PPV, I was at No Mercy in Albany NY, I actually still have it on VHS. That was when Stone Cold beat the snot out of Rakishi for running him over with the car and Curt Angle won the world title from the rock. X-pac and Jericho best...cagematch...ever. Well, I'm prejudiced, I'm a big Jericho fan and people look at the odd and wonder why I'd want to go to Winnipeg, MB. It's Chris Jericho's hometown!!!!
I'm also a big Mick Foley fan.
For the record, Hart might have been an ass and vince did screw him in Montreal, still kicking myself for not going to that one, but I miss him.
I really couldn't tell you what is going on with the WWF, sorry can't use WWE, but I did see Undertaker and Brock Lessnor out on their motorcycles when I lived in Minnesota and they were in town, they have no helmet laws out there.
I've also met Hacksaw Jim Duggan and Jesse Ventura, I've got autographs! Hell, I live about 45 mins from Hacksaw's hometown, I think he still lives there.

Yeah I shoulda used a smiley, but I'm lazy and I normally use the quick reply option....I was totally busting on the fact people seem to be "in the closet" when it comes to being wrestling fans...it cracks me up.
I'll admit I was hooked on soap operas during college..now that's embarrassing!

Bret Hart was one of my biggest heroes growing up, right up there with Patrick Roy, Batman, and Billy Corgan. As kick ass as it would be to have him come back to the WWE, i just don't see it happening, but never say never, and as they say "anything can happen in the WWE". I know for a fact that he wanted the rights to his photos and whatnot for his book. It is worthy to mention though, that Bret and Vince are back on speaking terms with each other, and that apparently they've let bygones be bygones, BUT, i still don't think we'll see Bret Hart return to the WWE til he's inducted to the Hall Of Fame.
as far as the Bret screwing Shawn out of the title theory, it's not going to happen, HBK isn't in the title storyline anymore, and he's probably going to end up wrestling Kurt Angle at Wrestlemania.
PS: the best cage match ever was Bret Hart vs. Owen Hart at Summerslam 94(?).
