Just as Gord is a genius for his colourfull song lyrics, another artist that I've liked since I was 16 is John Prine. The images in his lyrics and metaphors are powerful and hit home to the listener. Anyone else here hear of him or listen to his music? It's folk music but great stuff.
He has been on a new tour since having throat cancer and I was wondering if anyone had any of his concert bootlegs or videos.

I have his bootleg from Moncton...2 CD's, great sound quality. A wonderful laid-back show including a song with Jimmy Rankin on vocals! If you'd like to trade for it or what have you, write me at armchair_aesthete@canada.com
Oh yeah and just so you know, it's a 2003 bootleg. I've been looking for earlier ones.
