Remember those old super nintendo games
#1

For those who dont know you can down load an "emulator" or player and than the "roms" or game and play. Very cool to go down memory lane like this. Only trouble is i cant find a copy of super mario world.

Great topic! I am a big fan of SNES & NES. Super Metroid is one of the best games ever. I remember defeating Final Fantasy 1 on NES. Classic, classic stuff!

It's just not the same as dusting off the old NES and throwing in a game, taking it out, blowing in it, putting it back in and repeting over in over until it finally catches and you can play the game. :wink:

I have an old NES system which I try and play once in awhile. The best games for it are Punch Out and Metroid. Awsome stuff. :thumb:

I have an old Nintendo...the original...my favourite game of all time was the original Mario Kart for Super Nintendo. My cousin had one, I'd play it for hours a day...wonder if that game is out there still? Have they got new Mario Karts for the new Nintendo systems?

I downloaded the SNES 9X emulator. It works, but where is a good place to DL games? I never had a SNES of my own...like I said, just the original Nintendo...hoping there's a good source for SNES games???

I run the MAME Roms so I can play all the old arcade video games I used to spend hours playing in my youth. It's really cool.

Mark;

Im at work at the moment so I dont have my links but if you Google "MAME emulator" youll find it. You'll also find some MAME rom pages that have the roms for download. I have over 200 games. Popular ones like Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat, Galaga, Tempest, WWF Superstars, NeoGeo Baseball Allstars, Gunsmoke, Battle of the Monsters and tons more. I think I have over 200 roms. They work great too. I use my MS Sidewinder Gamepad.

If you have any probs or probs finding games or are looking for a specific game, feel free to ask.
