Hey all.
Tonight was one of guilty pleasures...ben & jerry's and the breakfast club. :oops: I was watching with a friend who had never seen it before and she asked me why Claire (Molly Ringwald's character) was in detention in the first place. I coudn't answer her...could anyone help me out? Thanks!

The Breakfast Club is a great movie, one of my sister's all time favorites so I checked with her and she told me that Claire (Molly Ringwald) is in detention because she went shopping during class. Apparently she mentions it in the beginning of the movie when she's in the car with her dad on her way to school.
