edit - I just noticed something, make sure you point the plug in to C:\Program Files\Winamp3\Wacs not C:\Programmi\Winamp3\Wacs

edit again - never mind, you can download the file here. Download to C:\Program Files\Winamp3\Wacs

You have to open winamp3, then play your FLAC file...

took me a few minutes to get it to work aswell. It seems very picky. Make sure winamp is closed when you copy the plugin. Open winamp and drag a FLAC file into the winamp. Worked for me.

I didn't know what I was doing, and I have no idea how it works, but I have FLAC FrontEnd and it seems to play my FLAC files and convert them into whatever I want for me. I was clicking random links when I got it, though, so I don't know where it came from or what the DL info might be. Sad

Here's where I pulled FLAC frontend from:

<!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://flac.sourceforge.net/">http://flac.sourceforge.net/</a><!-- m --> (Lance posted a sub-link above; this is the front page)

and specifically, if you just want to cut through all the mumbo-jumbo to the DL:

<!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://cyberial.com/flacinstaller.asp">http://cyberial.com/flacinstaller.asp</a><!-- m -->

Just save the .exe file to your desktop and then double-click to launch the installer...the program itself is incredibly easy to use (not unlike mkwAKT for decoding SHNs)...Just drag or add files into the window and hit "decode"...quickly converts to wav...done...

Good luck!

M.
